General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and aq88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the aq88 website located at https://aq88.vu and all associated services, products, software, and content made available through the platform.

aq88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered players via email or an on-platform notice. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. In the event of any conflict between a translated version (if any) and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

• Platform Operator: aq88 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving the Bangladesh market, with all transactions denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• Service Availability: aq88 makes no guarantee that its services will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability.
• Governing Language: All official communications, Terms, policies, and support interactions are conducted in English.
• Age Restriction: The aq88 platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. Access by minors is absolutely prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Eligibility & Registration

To register an account with aq88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the life of your account. aq88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying your eligibility at any time.

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. aq88 operates a strict 18+ policy and will suspend any account where there is reasonable suspicion that the account holder is under the legal age.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable law at the time of placing bets or accessing casino games.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one registered account with aq88. Duplicate accounts are a violation of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Bangladesh mobile number.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, either voluntary (requested by yourself) or mandatory (imposed by aq88) at the time of registration or account access.
• Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. You must not be under the influence of medication, substances, or any condition that impairs your ability to make reasoned decisions.
• Not a Compulsive Gambler: You confirm that you are not registering as a compulsive gambler, and that gambling will remain a recreational activity conducted within your personal financial means.

Account Obligations

As a registered player on the aq88 platform, you accept the following obligations with respect to the management and use of your account. These obligations exist to protect the integrity of the platform, the safety of all players, and the reliability of the gaming environment.

• Credential Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. aq88 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. Do not share your credentials with any third party.

• No Transfer: Your aq88 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any other person under any circumstances.
• Personal Use Only: The aq88 platform is for personal recreational use only. Operating your account on behalf of a third party, using automated scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, or otherwise manipulating the platform is strictly prohibited.
• Lawful Funds: All funds deposited into your aq88 account must derive from lawful sources. aq88 prohibits the use of the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Contact Details: You must keep your registered email address and Bangladesh mobile number current and accurate at all times. aq88 communicates important account and security notifications to these contact points.

aq88 employs continuous monitoring systems to detect irregular account activity, including but not limited to: multiple accounts registered from the same device or IP address, coordinated betting patterns indicative of match-fixing, and deposit-withdrawal activity inconsistent with normal gaming behaviour. Where such activity is detected, aq88 reserves the right to suspend the account pending investigation without prior notice.

Deposits & Withdrawals

aq88 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored specifically for Bangladesh players. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and are subject to the minimum and maximum limits specified within the platform's cashier section at the time of the transaction.

• Accepted Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your aq88 account within 60 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day.

• Own Account Only: You may only deposit and withdraw using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of the relevant transaction and possible account investigation.
• Currency: All account balances, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). aq88 does not facilitate multi-currency accounts.

Bonuses & Promotions

aq88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional campaigns to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion as well as the general bonus provisions set out in this section. In the event of conflict between a promotion-specific term and this section, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.

• Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. Eligibility is limited to one welcome bonus per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on the individual promotion page.

• Right to Modify or Withdraw: aq88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion and are in the process of fulfilling its requirements will generally be permitted to complete those requirements under the terms that applied at the time of opt-in, unless a material error or abuse has been identified.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All gaming and betting activity on the aq88 platform is subject to the following general rules. Specific rules applicable to individual game types — including cricket betting, live casino, slots, lottery, and experience games — are published within the relevant game or product section of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Bet Placement: All bets placed on aq88 are final once confirmed by the system. aq88 accepts no responsibility for bets placed in error by the player. Please review all selections carefully before confirming a wager.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Individual game and market minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed within the relevant game interface. aq88 reserves the right to amend stake limits at any time without prior notice.
• System Errors: In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, aq88 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players' accounts. aq88 is not liable for losses resulting from system errors beyond its reasonable control.
• Cricket and Sports Betting: All sports betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, and other international cricket and football events — are subject to aq88's Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately on the platform.

Account Suspension & Closure

aq88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to those described below. Where an account is suspended or closed as a result of a player's breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Legitimately deposited real-money funds will be returned to the player's verified payment method following the resolution of any investigation.

• Breach of Terms: Any material breach of these Terms & Conditions, including the operation of multiple accounts, provision of false registration information, or use of prohibited software.
• Fraudulent Activity: Any suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including chargeback abuse, identity theft, use of stolen payment credentials, or collusion with other players.
• Money Laundering: Any activity consistent with money laundering, terrorist financing, or the use of the platform to process funds of unlawful origin.
• Regulatory Compliance: Where aq88 is required to suspend or close an account to comply with applicable law or regulatory guidance.
• Player Request: At the player's own request, including requests for self-exclusion, voluntary account closure, or cooling-off period activation.
• Extended Inactivity: Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. aq88 will endeavour to contact the account holder via email before taking any action on a dormant account.

To request voluntary account closure, players should contact the aq88 support team at [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request". All closure requests will be acknowledged within 24 hours and processed within 3 business days. Any real-money balance at the time of closure (subject to the satisfactory completion of KYC and the absence of any pending investigation) will be returned to the player's last verified payment method.
